This information and policies will help you when using or renting facilities at Olivet United Church. We can provide space for a wedding, a concert, a small gathering, or a hall for a public meeting.
Main rooms are accessible by wheelchair. There are washrooms on every floor with an accessible washroom only available on the main floor across from the elevator. $100 Security Deposit is required to cover damage or clean up of space rented. $25 will be charged for any key not returned.
All non-church-sponsored uses require the user to complete an Agreement to Rent Olivet Facilities. Please download, print and complete the agreement.
Non-church-sponsored events require the user to provide a Certificate of Insurance evidencing liability coverage and naming Olivet United Church as an additional insured. Please download the Insurance for Third Party Users, which provides access to third-party liability insurance services through the church's insurance provider at a competitive rate. Contact the church for our "certificate number," which is required when purchasing insurance.
Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted on church property.
